Disseminate and reward the best practices of listed companies in terms of General Meetings and governance

To reward the best General Meetings, the Jury makes a series of recommandations each year. The evaluation of the Shareholders’ Meetings is based on the analysis of a development grid composed of 90 criteria based on the quality of the notice of meeting and the report, the quality and relevance of the information presented in the Shareholders’ Meeting in terms of strategy, perspectives, business lines, results, corporate social responsibility, governance, remuneration and risk management, the quality of the organization and the quality of the relationship with shareholders.

The evaluation grids are completed by teams composed of IRC analysts, in partnership with students from ESSEC Business School and the Sorbonne.

5 prizes are awarded during the Ceremony : the CAC 40 General Meeting Award, the SBF 80 Trophy, the Governance Trophy, the Global Performance Trophy and the Jury's Special Award.

The General Meeting Awards concerns all CAC 40 General Meetings (with the exception of General Meetings that do not take place in France) and 20 SBF 80 companies, selected on the basis of 5 criteria:
