They are faced with pressing demands for accountability, above all in terms of team structure. This is why ICR is launching the Inclusion Observatory, a concept that encompasses all the others.
Together with our Partner Groups and international experts, ICR wants to develop innovative KPIs to measure inclusion and diversity in particular. Commitments are multiplying with regard to disabilities, seniors, young people, people living in rural areas, migrants… The response to a strong societal demand. The company has much to gain if it is better attuned to real-life situations in today’s society. Working on inclusion is a sign of a company’s maturity in terms of its overall performance.
