The Observatory for Gender Balance
Created and steered by the Institut du Capitalisme Responsable, sponsored by Michel Landel, independent director, and coordinated by Caroline de La Marnierre and Marie-Christine Mahéas, the Observatory for Gender Balance brings together recognised experts on this subject and mobilises committed companies.
PRESENTATION
The Observatory for Gender Balance is a group of experts and representatives from companies with different cultures, sectors of activity and levels of maturity in terms of gender balance, who wish to collectively contribute to the emergence of solutions to accelerate the transformation of companies.
The Observatory for Gender Balance has set itself several missions: to explore and promote the link between gender diversity, governance and performance; to identify, develop and test effective levers and concrete solutions to advance gender diversity in companies; to produce recommendations for executive bodies and to implement communication actions to disseminate the results of its research.
